Gelim is an AI-powered coding platform that provides:

• AI-assisted code generation and editing
• Cloud-based code editor and file management
• Integration with third-party AI models via OpenRouter
• Project collaboration and sharing capabilities

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation: You may create an account using Discord OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Generate malicious code, malware, or harmful software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive operations

5. Intellectual Property

5.2 Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Gelim and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.3 AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI models may be subject to the terms of the respective AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with third-party AI service terms.

6. Third-Party Services

Gelim integrates with third-party services including:

• OpenRouter: AI model routing and API services
• Discord: Authentication services
• Cloudflare: Hosting and infrastructure

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Free Tier: Gelim currently offers free access to the Service with certain limitations on usage and features.

8.2 Future Pricing: We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Users will be notified of any pricing changes with reasonable advance notice.

8.3 API Costs: You acknowledge that AI model usage may incur costs from third-party providers. You are responsible for any costs associated with your API usage.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 No Warranty: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 AI Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated code. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all code before deployment.

9.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GELIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gelim, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
